Dead Space Upgrade Packs

Electronic Arts announced first details about the Dead Space premium packs available via Xbox Live (November 13th) or on the Playstation Network (November 20th).

Hello folks, Gareth here, just thought I'd update you on the site that several areas have been added such as the characters, enemies, and weapons for the site. I am sure you've played and finished the game so let's continue to help our support to this excellent franchise.

Dead Space Sales Numbers

According to this list, Dead Space has sold 352,560 units for Xbox 360 and 244,706 units for the PlayStation 3 since its release on October 24th 2008.

 

Totalling in 597,266 sales so far (not counting Europe or any PC sales) it seems to be a pretty good start.

I've finally loaded up all 4 story trailers which where released over the last year to promote the release of Dead Space. You can download them here.

 

Over the next few days we'll work on some Dead Space content sections including enemies, characters and weapons and other additional information about the game.

 

Dead Space 2 in development

Dead Space's executive producer Glenn Schofield confirmed that his team is already working on Dead Space 2.

 

However the release of a sequel is dependant on sales, so go out and buy and love Dead Space!

Dead Space: Media Galore!

With the launch of Dead Space now in America, Game Trailers have posted 3 brand new videos, them being a video documentary from ScivsFi, a special edition episode.  A  launch trailer for the US release and a new video diary based on the art and gore for the game.

Dead Space: First Review 91%

ComputerAndVideoGames have posted up an article of having the first review score from X360 World, giving the game 91 percent and praising it highly for its survival horror roots saying that Capcom, the creators behind the long runing Resident Evil series, can learn a few things from the Dead Space team at Redwood Shores.
