Default Chain Letter - The Movie

What have you guys heard about this movie?

I think it looks like fun ...

Chain Letter Trailer

Nikki Reed from Twilight is in it. Not a fan myself, but I will at least admit that she is talented (in Thirteen... not Twilight).

Hey that one looks pretty cool. Interesting that they picked Nikki Reed for that. Could be a good move with her coming off of twilight and all. It'll be interesting to see her in an actual horror movie.

Nice to hear someone not call Twilight a horror movie. It bothers me when people do that!

And yeah, I think she will do well in the horror genre.

Only a retard would call Twilight horror. If anything its more a love story than horror.

Aliens 2 is more horror than most horror flics nowadays , and its basically an action movie.

i agree...so what would consider chain letter to be? suspense? or horror? a lot of people debate this all the time, for whatever movie too...i would rather say its more suspense, cus horror to me is like monsters that are clearly fiction..

Your definition of horror is lacking, to put it mildly...

Chain Letter is horror, the trailer makes that very clear.

a horror movie for me at least is a movie that has scenes meant to shock/disgust movie goers. anything from explicit cannibalism , to , say intense seemingly realistic torture scenes , just to name a few examples. Anything thats VISUALLY gross/distubing.

suspense is more psychological , its more of the "hmn a dark corridor...thats ominous." , it goes deeper than just showing scenes that would make you puke in real life should it happen right in front of your face , its not really the visual fear , so the two concepts are quite a few worlds apart , me thinks.

thats my opinion at least.

Hmm I disagree with your definition as well... Horror doesn't necessarily have to be something gross/disturbing, it's just anything meant to inspire fear/horror in moviegoers. And it doesn't even have to be visual either, it could be due to scary music, etc.
